1. Application for Refunds

Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds Policy and the Terms of Service, User may apply for cancellation of the subscribed plan (“Plan”) and/or refund prior to the expiry of the vu3.org subscription plan and API calls consumption.


2. Application for the Cancellation/Refund of a Plan

User may only apply for the refund and/or cancellation of the Plan in the following circumstances:

  • The Plan is not expired;
  • The Plan is not on trial;
  • The Plan's API consumption limit is not completely used up;

 

User’s application must be submitted via the subscription page.

vu3.org will review each User’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether User’s application is successful.
